I've been pretty happy with my decision to work with On Top Medical. I haven't looked back since I started. Coming from very tight scheduling conditions to now is like night and day; you can work as much or as little as you want. I get to spend more quality time with my family. Quarterly bonuses and work incentives are always available. Seems like I have the best of both worlds.
